Financial Aid Payments


We will accept Financial Aid based on the information below.

1. All students are required to have the appropriate financial aid forms (FAFSA) and student loans, filed with HCCC. The college will no longer be facilitating financial aid/student loans for housing directly to the landlord. Therefore, you will be responsible for providing us with your financial aid status, (such as your awards letter). If Financial Aid Status can not be verified prior to moving in, payment will be necessary to move in.

2. A $300.00 deposit and $300.00 advance rental payment is required by all students regardless of financial aid status.

You may consider alternative loan options that provide the parent and student with their loan directly. All loans received prior to moving in will be eligible for a discounted rate.

Your RPA worksheets give an estimated figure of expected amount available for housing. This amount varies depending on loan status, book store charges and meal plans and amount of money you put on your Generals card.
