We currently have 31 apartments, housing a total of 58 students. All of our units have standard cable and road runner high speed internet. Price also includes all utilities including heat, hot water, parking, garbage dumpster and security.

1 Bedroom Unit This unit offers a single bedroom, with your own bathroom, living room and kitchen. Price: $6975.00 per school year
2 Bedroom Unit This unit offers 2 single bedrooms, with a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Price: $5875.00 per school year (per person)
3 or 4 Bedroom Unit This unit offers 4 single bedrooms, with a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Price: $5875.00 per school year (per person)
